Full Paper Participation (International) USD 400 per paper (within 8 pages) USD 200 per paper (within 8 pages)
Abstract Only Participation (max. one page) EGP 4200 EGP 1000
Listener/ Accompanying person EGP 6000/8000

Onsite participation registration fees include

• Conference welcome packet
• A hard copy of the conference program guide (For Speakers)
• Conference gift bag
• Coffee breaks
• Access to all technical sessions
• Conference Proceedings (CD form)
• Certificate of Presentation or Certificate of Participation
• The Hotel accommodation is Soft All-Inclusive for three nights.

Accompanying person fees include:

 • The Hotel accommodation is Soft All-Inclusive for three nights

Onsite participation registration fees include:

• The conference program guide (a link will be provided to download)
• Attendance to all technical sessions virtually
• Certificate of Participation or Certificate of Presentation

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellation of Registration For any cancellation, please contact the conference secretariat (micee2024@mu.edu.eg), the following conditions will be applied for any cancellation.

24 July 2024 100% refund (transfer fees will be deducted)
25 July 2024 - 10 September 2024 50% refund (transfer fees will be deducted)
After 10 September 2024 No refund

 Any refunded fees will be processed after the end of the conference.
